MPORT CARGO RELEASE IN VENEZUELA

As per latest inqures from clients about cargo released without OB/L for PODVENEZUELA we have to kindly remind you that as per Venezuelan cargo release procedure, shipper must ensure theyre paid for theircargo prior to the beginning of the voyage. Sshipper and any party to the bill of lading are advised that according to destnation country law and practice. the carier has absolutely no control on cargo once dischargedin Venezuela. Cargo is delivered to receiver by customs. This may be done wthout surrendering original bll of lading to CMA CGM agent in such case, the carmer wil not be heid responsilty for any claim due todelivery of cargo wthout presentation of onginal bll of lading.
